SchoolGPT.pk provides educational content tailored to Pakistani curricula, including Punjab, Sindh, Federal, and KPK boards. While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of our content, we do not guarantee that it is error-free or complete.

The educational content provided through the Service is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional educational guidance.

5. AI Tutoring Services

Our AI tutoring services are designed to assist students with their studies. However, the AI is not a human tutor and may have limitations in understanding complex queries or providing comprehensive answers to all questions.

You acknowledge that the AI tutor's responses are generated using algorithms and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific educational needs.

6. User Content

"User Content" refers to any content that you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant SchoolGPT.pk a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SchoolGPT.pk and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
